Erigo began with a problem we kept running into ourselves.

As property investors and developers, we were building and improving our own projects across London and time and again we hit the same wall: finding builders we could actually rely on. Quotes that crept up. Timelines that slipped. Standards that didn't match what we'd been promised. For work we were staking our own money on, that wasn't good enough.

So we stopped looking, and built our own team.

We brought together contractors we trusted, held them to the standard we expected on our own developments, and ran every project the way we'd want ours run clear scope, fixed price, honest timeline, and someone accountable from start to finish. It worked. And it became clear the same team and the same standards could do exactly that for other people's properties too.

That's Erigo: developers who build for our own growing portfolio, and for homeowners and investors who want the same reliability we built for ourselves. Between us we bring ten years in the industry, and the contractors alongside us bring decades more.
